  • Licenses: Notary Public since 2001.

  • Won Shreveport-Bossier Apartment Association Manager of the Year in 2004.

  • Certifications: NSpire Certified, Certified Property Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).

  • National Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum graduate.

Industry Involvement:

  • Actively involved in the state and local apartment associations of Louisiana, serving as the Association Executive of the Shreveport-Bossier Apartment Association for 23 years. 

  • Kimberly was selected as a Region 9 candidate for the prestigious NAA’s Leadership Lyceum Program. This selective program chooses 37 individuals from 10 NAA Regions Nationwide, offering a unique chance for development as emerging leaders in the rental housing industry. 

  • Nominated for Regional Property Manager of the Year 2024 at the Apartment Association of Louisiana.

  • Kimberly became a ResMan Champion in 2024.
