Years of Experience: Over 20 years’ experience in the residential property management industry, ranging from Class A luxury multi-family and single-family housing to an array of low-income housing programs both in the private sector and via Public Housing agencies.
Specialization: Oversight of all aspects of operations to ensure property management activities are compliant with relevant laws, contractual obligations, and governmental regulations. Building and enhancing tools utilized by on-site teams daily to ensure the most effective product and outcomes.

Melinda’s hands-on approach to business performance allows for a clear understanding of opportunities for improvement. Melinda believes in standardizing operating procedures, fine tuning processes that are not operating at an optimal level or creating additional burdens, and creating manageable outcomes to set on-site teams up for success. Melinda feels these are steppingstones to ensure high standards of operational excellence and compliance across all properties, while optimizing efficiency and profitability.
Notable Achievements:
Since joining Fairfield Property Management as the Director of Compliance, Melinda has significantly contributed to aligning the Affordable Housing portfolio with the regulatory requirements of each property. Melinda has contributed to the development of standardized operational procedures and continues to provide in-depth training of these procedures to the Affordable Housing Teams.
A Personal Note:
When Melinda is away from her desk, she is absorbing every second she can with her family. As a proud mother of three adult children and four beautiful grandchildren, you can guarantee there is a sport event, school concert, or fun outing she will be attending. Outside of her parent and grandparent role, Melinda and her husband are avid Jeep enthusiasts and are members of several Jeep Clubs that use their platform for raising funds and awareness for charitable causes.
