Mindy Wood has been promoted to Regional Property Manager.

Congratulations to Mindy Wood

We are excited to announce the promotion of Mindy Wood to the position of Regional Property Manager, effective July 1st. Mindy will oversee 5 properties in the Shreveport area, including Alexis Park, Aspen, Hillside, Seasons, and Sommerset.

Mindy brings 24 years of experience in the property management industry. She began her career managing six condominiums and one co-op in New Jersey and New York for nine years. She then worked for ULC for nine years, starting in Shreveport, moving to Bossier City, and finally Baton Rouge. During that time, she was a two-time winner of the Manager of the Year award at ULC for her outstanding work at Southwood Village and Preston Place, a testament to her dedication and skill in property management.

Mindy joined our team at FPM six years ago, first managing Seasons and then Aspen as Senior Property Manager for the past five years. During her tenure, she has significantly improved occupancy rates and enhanced resident satisfaction.

Mindy holds the ARM and CAM certifications and has completed numerous notable training programs in the property management field.

New Role and Responsibilities:

In her new role, Mindy will be responsible for overseeing the operations of five local properties. She plans to build on the strong foundation established by former regional managers and fine-tune the hard skills trained last year. Mindy will focus on developing soft skills involving conflict resolution, leading efforts to create positive customer experiences, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork, and continuing to grow her skill set.

I am thrilled to take on this new challenge and look forward to continuing to provide exceptional service to our residents and support to our team,” said Mindy. “I am committed to fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork, enhancing customer experiences, and continually growing both personally and professionally.”

Shannon Hollier, Director of Operations, added, “Mindy has been an invaluable member of our team, and her dedication to excellence has been evident in all she does. We are confident that she will continue to drive success and foster a positive environment in her new role.”

Please join us in congratulating Mindy on her well-deserved promotion. We are excited to see the continued positive impact she will make in her new position.
