Notable Achievements:
Before joining FPM, Olivia made significant strides in the technology sector. Her contributions were key to a technology startup’s growth, elevating its monthly recurring revenue from less than $5,000 to over $5 million and expanding the team from five to nearly 200 employees in less than five years. Olivia also played a crucial role in securing $30 million in Series A funding, demonstrating her vital influence on the company’s expansion and success. Continuing as an active investor, Olivia’s commitment to innovation and growth showcases the valuable expertise and perspective she brings to her role at FPM.
A Personal Note:
Olivia is very family-oriented and made the move back to Shreveport to be closer to her family and get involved as the third generation of FPM. She believes family-run businesses offer a unique advantage as they prioritize long-term relationships, integrity, local community engagement, and a strong sense of pride and ownership.
