  • Certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM) Shreveport Leadership Program, Dale Carnegie Management.

  • Licenses: Licensed Realtor® in Louisiana.

  • Board Member, International Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Approach to Property Management:
Shannon is responsible for developing and standardizing business plans, programs, initiatives, and strategies aimed at achieving superior operational and financial performance across the portfolio. He sets the strategic direction and leads a team of high-level professionals towards operational, financial, and business performance goals. His role encompasses negotiating and monitoring service contracts, conducting property audits, assisting in property tax assessment negotiations, coordinating budgeting processes, and reviewing monthly accounting for all managed properties. Shannon also supports the Managing Partners and other departments with refinancing, development, and acquisition projects, demonstrating his comprehensive approach to enhancing property value and operational efficiency.

Notable Achievements:
Since joining Fairfield Property Management in 2021 as the Director of Operations, Shannon has significantly contributed to the development and standardization of business practices that have driven superior operational and financial performance across the FPM property portfolio. His strategic direction and leadership have been instrumental in achieving established operational, financial, and business goals.

A Personal Note:
When Shannon is not in the office or on the properties, he is spending time with his family, playing golf, tennis, pickleball, and soccer with friends.  His favorite vacation spots include anywhere that has a beach.
